Can I place an order online?
You can browse our products and request a quote online. Our team then confirms your order with you by email or phone. Payment is by bank transfer.
How does the order workflow run, end to end?
Step 1: Send us your brief (item type, quantity, branding, deadline) via the contact form or email. Step 2: We send a quotation and digital mockup within 24-48 hours. Step 3: You approve artwork and confirm the order; we share bank-transfer details. Step 4: Production runs for 7-14 business days (longer for peak windows or 1,000+ units). Step 5: Quality check + nationwide despatch. International orders add 5-10 days for freight.
Do you deliver across Pakistan and internationally?
Yes. We deliver to all major Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Hyderabad. Multi-address delivery (sending gifts to individual employees or clients at different addresses) is available. Internationally we ship to 11 countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Nepal.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Our standard minimum order is 25 units per item for branded corporate gifts. Larger volumes (100+, 500+, 1,000+) unlock tiered bulk pricing. For premium executive gift boxes and welcome kits, the minimum can be as low as 10 sets depending on the item. Share your requirement and we will confirm exact MOQ in your quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer only (all major Pakistani banks). International clients can pay via international wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards, mobile wallets or cheques; our sales team shares the bank details during quote confirmation.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
In most cases, yes. For standard catalogue items we can ship a single physical sample (sample cost plus shipping is billable, refundable against the bulk order). For fully custom items we provide digital mockups and detailed product specifications so you can review quality, branding placement, and packaging before committing to production.
Who pays for samples, and what does sample shipping cost?
Low-value samples (mugs, pens, notebooks, basic gift items) are typically provided free; the customer covers shipping. High-value samples (premium hampers, leather goods, tech items) and any custom-printed development sample are billable, with cost decided case by case. Sample cost is normally refunded against your bulk order once production is confirmed.
What is the standard production and delivery lead time?
Standard production is 7-14 business days for branded merchandise and ready-stock hampers. Custom-engraved or premium-finish items take 10-14 business days. Eid, Ramadan, and New Year peak windows require 4-6 weeks advance ordering due to higher demand and capacity limits. Same-week dispatch is possible for repeat clients on stock items - ask when you request your quote.
What artwork format should we send for customization?
Vector formats are preferred: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG (at least 300 DPI) also works for most items. Send your logo and any accompanying brand guidelines to info@corporategifting.pk with your quote request, and we will provide a digital mockup for your approval before production begins.
Why aren't prices shown on the website?
Corporate gifting prices depend on quantity, customization method (pad printing, laser engraving, embossing, embroidery, UV printing, sublimation), and packaging choice. We are not a fixed-price catalogue, so per-unit cost is calculated for each order.
