We accept bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallets, and cheque on delivery for established corporate accounts. International clients can pay via wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards directly online; our sales team will walk you through the correct payment method during quote confirmation.

In most cases, yes. For standard catalogue items we can ship a single physical sample (sample cost plus shipping is billable, refundable against the bulk order). For fully custom items we provide digital mockups and detailed product specifications so you can review quality, branding placement, and packaging before committing to production.

Low-value samples (mugs, pens, notebooks, basic gift items) are typically provided free; the customer covers shipping. High-value samples (premium hampers, leather goods, tech items) and any custom-printed development sample are billable, with cost decided case by case. Sample cost is normally refunded against your bulk order once production is confirmed.

Standard production is 7-14 business days for branded merchandise and ready-stock hampers. Custom-engraved or premium-finish items take 10-14 business days. Eid, Ramadan, and New Year peak windows require 4-6 weeks advance ordering due to higher demand and capacity limits. Same-week dispatch is possible for repeat clients on stock items - ask when you request your quote.

Vector formats are preferred: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or PDF. High-resolution PNG (at least 300 DPI) also works for most items.
