What's the minimum order for personalized metal pens?

25 units per design for everyday metal pens, 25 units for executive or premium engraved pens. Mixed colours within the same body style are fine — for example, 15 silver and 10 black barrels in a single 25-unit order. Below the minimum the per-piece pricing climbs sharply because of engraving setup costs.

Is laser engraving permanent? Will it fade?

Yes, permanent. Laser engraving cuts into the metal surface — the mark survives years of daily handling, repeated capping, and pocket carry without fading. Pad-printed pens also hold up well but the print can show wear over 12-18 months of constant use. For pens you want to last the recipient's full career, engraving is the right call.

Can I get a matched pen and notebook set?

Yes. We can pair any pen in this range with an A5 or A6 leather-bound notebook from the notebooks category, both engraved with the same logo, packaged as a single fitted gift set. This is the most-ordered configuration for new-hire kits and senior-level appreciation gifts.

What ink colour and refill options come standard?

Standard refills are blue or black ink ballpoint, both German-made cartridges with 2-3 km writing length. Gel refills are available on twist-action pens for smoother writing. We can pre-load any colour at the order stage, and refills are sold separately so the recipient can keep using the pen for years.

Do you ship individually to each recipient, or only to a single office address?

Both. The default for bulk orders is delivery to one corporate address — most efficient for office-based teams. For remote, hybrid, or distributed teams, we can split the batch into individual deliveries to each recipient's home address anywhere in Pakistan. Share the recipient list with addresses at the order stage; per-shipment courier fees apply for individual delivery.
