What's the minimum order for custom name badges?

50 units per design. For each-name-different orders (staff name personalisation), provide the name list at the order stage — no minimum-name surcharge applies.

Can badges be re-used or are they single-event?

Both formats available. Magnetic and pin-back badges are reusable for years (the recipient's name is permanently printed on or laser-engraved into the badge). Plastic clip-on event badges are single-event-style with the name printed on a paper insert that can be swapped for new events.
