Spiral Notebook
Custom Spiral Notebooks are the bulk-volume binding tier of our notebook range — wire-bound or coil-bound construction that lays completely flat for note-taking, with perforated tear-out pages and the lowest per-unit cost at scale. Each notebook carries a custom-printed cover with your company logo, available in standard A4, A5, or A6 sizes, with 80-200 pages of lined, dotted, blank, or grid interior. Best for training events, conference attendee notebooks, student-tier corporate gifts, and high-volume bulk distribution. MOQ from 250 units, Pakistan-wide despatch.
Spiral notebook configurations
Wire-bound construction is the defining feature — pages turn easily, the notebook lays flat without holding open, and individual pages can be torn out cleanly along perforations. Common formats: A5 spiral notebook (most popular, 100 pages, ideal balance of size and portability), A6 pocket spiral (80 pages, fits in a shirt pocket, ideal for matched pen-set kits), A4 spiral planner (200 pages, large workspace for project tracking and meeting notes), and custom-page-content spiral (your company branding on every page, custom date layouts, branded dividers). Cover options: kraft cardboard (eco), full-colour printed laminated card, or fabric-wrap. See the parent Branded Notebooks range for leather hardcover and other binding options.
Frequently asked questions about Custom Spiral Notebooks
What's the minimum order for custom spiral notebooks?
250 units per design — spiral binding has higher setup costs than other notebook types. Mixed sizes within the same cover artwork are fine (for example, 100 A5 + 100 A6 spirals in a 200-unit order). For lower-volume orders, leather hardcover or fabric-cover notebooks from the parent Branded Notebooks range start at MOQ 50.
What page count and ruling should I choose?
For training events, conference notebooks, and general corporate distribution, 100 pages of lined or dotted is the standard — fits a typical event schedule plus extra notes. For executive planners or longer-term gifting, 160-200 pages is more appropriate. Dotted ruling has become more popular than lined in recent years for its flexibility (works for notes, sketches, bullet journaling, and project planning).
