Can I order online?
We do not facilitate ordering online. Our services are customized and we like to interact with our customers and gain an understanding of what they are looking for.
How do I place my order?
Please fill our form or send us an email with your brief or exact requirements and we will revert back to you after understanding your need with full relevant details. The more detail you share, the better positioned we are to understand and respond.
Do you deliver to my country or city?
Yes. We deliver across 10+ Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, and Sialkot. International shipping is available to 11 countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Nepal.
Do you have minimum quantity conditions?
Standard minimum order quantity is 25 units for branded items, though smaller quantities are accommodated for executive and milestone gifting. Pricing tiers at 50, 100, 250, and 500+ units unlock progressively better per-unit pricing for larger volumes.
Do you accept payments through credit cards?
We accept online bank transfers and major Pakistani payment methods. Credit card payments are not directly processed; please email us or speak with our customer support team for full payment options including bank transfer details.
How can I get finished samples for evaluation or approval?
Email your artwork along with the specific product details and we will ship finished samples for your evaluation and approval. Sample turnaround is typically 5 to 7 business days; sample cost is credited against the bulk order once placed.
Who pays for the samples?
Low-value item samples are provided free of cost; the customer covers shipping cost. Development cost (if applicable) and high-value item samples are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Sample fees are typically credited against the final bulk order.
I need the items urgently. How do I place a rush order?
Email us your artwork along with order details and timeline. We will email a quotation and soft-copy samples for your approval. On order confirmation, bank details are provided for payment via bank transfer and items are shipped immediately on top priority. Rush orders under 7 days are possible at premium pricing depending on stock and printing slot availability.
What format should the artwork design be emailed in?
Please email whichever format is readily available. AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PSD (Photoshop) files are strongly preferred for highest print quality. We can also work with high-resolution PNG, PDF, or vector EPS files. Low-resolution JPEG or screenshot artwork may require redesign at additional cost.
Why don't I see prices on your website?
We offer true customization rather than plain logo printing on common stock products. Final pricing depends on selected items, customization techniques (engraving, embossing, foil stamping, custom packaging), and order volume. Email us for soft brochures with indicative prices, or request a tailored quote with your specific brief.
