Question 1

What's the minimum order for breast cancer awareness items?

Accepted Answer

50 units per design. Mixed items within the same campaign order are fine — for example, 100 caps + 50 mugs + 50 ribbon pins as a single 200-unit campaign order. Below 50 units per design the per-piece pricing climbs sharply due to print and embroidery setup costs.

Question 2

Are these items only for Pinktober (October) campaigns?

Accepted Answer

October is peak demand, but awareness merchandise ships year-round. Companies running structured women's-health CSR programmes, hospital partnerships, regular fundraising events, or quarterly internal awareness weeks order throughout the year. We recommend placing October orders 4-6 weeks ahead due to higher demand.

Question 3

Can we co-brand with hospital or charity partners?

Accepted Answer

Yes — co-branded designs with partner hospitals, women's-health charities, or foundation sponsors are common. Send all relevant logos at the artwork stage and we'll proof a multi-logo layout before printing. We can also produce items in partner-charity colours where the standard awareness pink isn't required.

Question 4

What's the lead time for an awareness campaign order?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 7-12 working days from artwork sign-off. For October Pinktober campaigns, place orders 4-6 weeks ahead — production capacity tightens through September as demand peaks. Smaller batches (50-100 units) on stock items can ship in 5-7 days outside the October window. Allow 7-14 business days for delivery outside Karachi.

Question 5

Do you ship individually to each recipient, or only to a single office address?

Accepted Answer

Both. Bulk orders default to one corporate address — most efficient for campaign-day distribution. For hospital-staff distribution across multiple sites or a remote/hybrid team awareness drive, we can split the batch into individual deliveries to each recipient's address anywhere in Pakistan. Share the recipient list at the order stage; per-shipment courier fees apply for individual delivery.
