Question 1

What types of corporate milestones do you create gifts for?

Accepted Answer

Common corporate milestones we create gifts for include 5/10/20-year service anniversaries for employees, company anniversaries (5/10/25-year founding), IPO and major funding rounds, market expansion announcements (new city, new country), partnership signings, board appointments, and major project completions. Each milestone type has dedicated gift formats with appropriate engraving and packaging.

Question 2

What budget should I plan for milestone recognition gifts?

Accepted Answer

Milestone gift budgets in Pakistan typically range from Rs 5,000 to 15,000 per recipient for standard service anniversary plaques and engraved items, scaling to Rs 25,000 to 100,000+ for premium milestone awards (executive watches, bespoke leather portfolios, crystal trophies) for major company milestones or 20-year+ tenure recognitions.

Question 3

What personalisation is included on milestone items?

Accepted Answer

Each milestone gift includes per-recipient personalisation as standard: the recipient's full name, the specific milestone or tenure period (years of service), the exact milestone date, and a custom message from company leadership. Personalisation is delivered via deep laser engraving on metal, blind embossing on leather, foil stamping on rigid box packaging, and full-colour UV printing.

Question 4

What is the lead time for milestone gift production?

Accepted Answer

Standard production lead time is 14 to 21 business days for engraved milestone items including trophies, plaques, and embossed leather portfolios. Bespoke crystal awards or custom-cast metal pieces may require 21 to 28 days. Smaller milestone runs (under 25 units) can be expedited to 10 to 14 days at premium pricing.

Question 5

Can milestone gifts include the company logo and milestone date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every milestone gift can be branded with the company logo, the specific milestone or tenure year, the recipient's name, and a custom message. Multi-element personalisation (name + tenure + date + message) is standard at no additional cost above 10 units. Smaller bespoke runs include personalisation in standard pricing.
