Question 1

What customization options are available for corporate packages?

Accepted Answer

Full customization is available across all components: custom rigid box manufacturing in any size and colour, full-colour offset printing, foil stamping, ribbon and tag detailing, laser engraving on metal items, embossing on leather goods, full-colour UV printing on most surfaces, embroidery on apparel, and personalised greeting cards. Most packages combine 2-4 customization techniques across the included items.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity for customized corporate packages?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order quantity is 25 units for fully customised packages. Tiered pricing at 50, 100, 250, and 500+ units unlocks progressively better per-package pricing. Smaller bespoke runs (under 25 units) are available for executive or board-level gifting at premium per-unit cost.

Question 3

How long does production take for fully customized corporate packages?

Accepted Answer

Standard production lead time is 10-14 business days for fully customised packages with multiple branded components. Complex multi-component sets with bespoke rigid box packaging, foil stamping, and engraved items may require 14-21 days. Eid, Ramadan, and New Year peak windows require 4-6 weeks advance ordering due to higher demand on customization slots.

Question 4

Can I see a sample before placing a bulk customized order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Physical sample units are available before bulk run for any customised package. Sample turnaround is typically 5-7 business days and the sample cost is credited against the bulk order. Digital design mockups (3D renders of the box, branding placement, and component layout) are provided free as part of the standard quote.

Question 5

What is the cost difference between standard and customized corporate packages?

Accepted Answer

Customised packages typically run 20-40% above standard catalogue equivalents, depending on the number of customization techniques applied (offset printing, foil stamping, engraving, embossing). The premium covers in-house rigid box manufacturing, custom branding setup, design work, and tighter quality control. Volume discounts at 100, 250, and 500+ unit tiers narrow the gap significantly.
