Question 1

What counts as an executive item versus a general corporate gift?

Accepted Answer

Executive items are individual premium products: a single leather portfolio, one engraved watch, a fine pen, an executive desk set. They are intended for daily use by senior leadership rather than being one component of a multi-item hamper. General corporate gifts often combine 4 to 8 items into curated baskets or boxes for broader employee distribution.

Question 2

What budget range applies to executive items?

Accepted Answer

Executive item budgets in Pakistan typically range from Rs 8,000 to 25,000 per piece for premium leather portfolios, mid-tier engraved watches, and fine pens. Ultra-premium executive items (designer leather goods, premium watches, bespoke desk sets) range from Rs 25,000 to 100,000+ per piece. Smaller bespoke runs of 10 to 25 units are standard for board-level gifting.

Question 3

What customisation is available on executive items?

Accepted Answer

Executive items support deep laser engraving on metal (pens, watches, desk accessories, paperweights), blind embossing on leather (portfolios, wallets, notebook covers, briefcases), foil stamping on rigid box packaging, and full-colour UV printing on accessories. Per-recipient personalisation with initials, the recipient's name, dates, or custom messages is included at no additional cost on most items above 10 units.

Question 4

Are executive items sold individually or in sets?

Accepted Answer

Executive items are typically ordered as single high-value pieces per recipient — one leather portfolio, one engraved watch, one fine pen — rather than multi-item sets. Companies often combine multiple executive items into a curated set when ordering for board members or C-suite, but each item is sourced and personalised individually.

Question 5

What is the lead time for personalised executive items?

Accepted Answer

Standard production lead time is 14 to 21 business days for engraved or embossed executive items, accounting for higher finishing standards. Bespoke executive items with multi-element personalisation may take 21 to 28 days. Rush orders under 14 days are possible at premium pricing if engraving slots and stock permit.
