What's the minimum order for custom keychains?

Mixed materials within the same order are fine — for example, 100 metal keychains for the executive team plus 200 plastic keychains for an event giveaway in a single order. Below the minimum the per-piece pricing climbs sharply because of branding setup costs.

Which material gives the lowest per-unit cost at high volumes?

Plastic keychains (PVC and rubber) hit the lowest per-unit cost at volumes of 500+ units — typically Rs 50-150 per piece depending on size and finish. Metal sits in the middle (Rs 150-400). Leather and wooden keychains are premium-tier (Rs 300-1,200) and don't drop as much at higher volumes because the materials cost more.

Can I get a custom shape, not just a standard key fob?

Yes. Acrylic, PVC, and metal keychains can be cut to custom shapes — your logo silhouette, a building outline, a product shape, or any 2D graphic. Custom-shape orders need an additional 3-5 days for die or laser-cut tooling. Minimum is 25 units for custom shapes due to tooling costs.

How long does the engraving or printing last?

Laser engraving on metal and wood is permanent — survives years of pocket carry and daily handling. Leather debossing creates a recessed mark that may slightly soften over years but remains clearly legible. Pad-printed plastic keychains hold up well for 12-24 months of constant use; domed PVC adds an epoxy layer that protects the print and extends life to 3-5 years.

Do you ship individually to each recipient, or only to a single office address?

Both. Bulk keychain orders default to one corporate address — most efficient for office distribution or event-day handouts. For distributed teams or customer loyalty mailouts, we can split the batch into individual deliveries to each recipient's address anywhere in Pakistan. Share the recipient list with addresses at the order stage; per-shipment courier fees apply for individual delivery.
