Custom Coffee Mugs for Corporate Gifting — Ceramic, Glass & Stainless Steel
Custom Coffee Mugs are one of the most-ordered everyday corporate gifts — desk-tier, daily-used, and one of the simplest ways to keep your brand within arm’s reach of an employee or client through every workday. This category covers our gift-tier mug range: ceramic coffee mugs, glass mugs, stainless steel travel mugs, and bone china premium mugs, all available with sublimation print, pad printing, or laser engraving of your company logo. Best for new-hire welcome kits, employee appreciation, retirement gifts, and individual client thank-you sets. Capacities from 11oz to 20oz, MOQ from 50 units, gift-box packaging available, Pakistan-wide despatch — bulk to one address or individual delivery to each recipient. What's in the Custom Coffee Mugs range
The catalogue covers four material lines, each suited to a different gifting context. Ceramic coffee mugs are the workhorse — 11oz standard, dishwasher and microwave safe, ideal for sublimation photo printing or pad-printed logos. Glass mugs (including custom glass mugs) read as modern and minimal — laser-engraved branding looks especially premium against clear glass. Stainless steel travel mugs (12-16oz) are for recipients who'll carry the mug to the office daily — vacuum-insulated for hot/cold retention. Bone china premium mugs sit at the top tier — gift-box packed, intended for board-level or executive presentation. Common configurations:
- Standard ceramic: 11oz, single-colour pad-printed logo, gift-box packed
- Photo mug: 11oz ceramic, full-colour sublimation print (photos, multi-colour graphics)
- Engraved glass: 350ml glass, laser-engraved logo on the front face
- Travel mug: 14oz stainless steel, vacuum-insulated, debossed or printed logo
Customisation: sublimation, pad printing, and engraving
Each material has its preferred branding method. Sublimation is the default for ceramic mugs — full-colour photo printing wraps around the mug body, dishwasher-safe and won't fade with daily use. Pad printing handles single or two-colour logos on ceramic and stainless steel — lower per-unit cost, suitable for higher-volume orders. Laser engraving is permanent and premium-looking on glass and metal — the brand mark cuts into the surface and survives years of dishwashing. Sample approval before bulk run is included on every order; we proof a single mug for your sign-off before committing the full batch.
Mug capacity guide — what fits the use case
Capacity drives both cost and use case. The 11oz ceramic is the universal default — fits most coffee/tea drinkers and is the cheapest at scale. The 15oz ceramic adds presence — better for executive desks or as a senior recognition gift. The 20oz oversized mug is novelty-tier — popular for fun internal-team gifts or as a humorous executive touch. Travel mugs (12-16oz, stainless steel) are for the daily commuter — paired naturally with onboarding kits for client-facing roles where the recipient may carry the mug between home, car, and office.
When corporate teams choose branded mugs
Mugs work hardest as desk-tier gifts where the recipient will keep using the mug for years: new-hire onboarding kits (paired with a notebook and pen), employee appreciation moments, retirement and milestone gifts, and individual client thank-you sets. For high-volume event giveaways, conference handouts, or trade-show distribution, see the branded promotional mugs range — different positioning, bulk-tier pricing. Volume orders 250+ units route through the bulk orders desk for tier pricing.
Frequently asked questions about Custom Coffee Mugs
What's the minimum order for custom coffee mugs?
50 units per design for ceramic mugs, 25 units for premium options like bone china or stainless steel travel mugs. Mixed designs within the same order are fine — for example, 25 standard ceramic + 25 photo-printed mugs in a single 50-unit order. Below the minimum the per-piece pricing climbs sharply due to printing setup costs.
Will the printed design fade after dishwashing?
Sublimation-printed ceramic mugs are dishwasher-safe and the print won't fade — the dye fuses into the ceramic glaze permanently. Pad-printed mugs are also dishwasher-safe but the print can show wear over 18-24 months of daily dishwasher cycles. Laser-engraved glass and metal are permanent and won't fade at all. For mugs the recipient will use daily for years, sublimation or laser engraving is the right call.
Can I include a recipient's name on each mug?
Yes — personalisation is standard on sublimation mugs. Provide the recipient list at the order stage; we'll print each mug with the company logo plus the recipient's name. This is the most-ordered configuration for new-hire onboarding kits, retirement gifts, and senior-level appreciation where the gift should feel individual.
How fast can a bulk mug order ship?
Standard turnaround is 7-12 working days from artwork sign-off, including printing setup and quality check. Smaller batches (50-100 units) on stock-finish mugs can ship in 5-7 days. Photo-personalised mugs may need an extra 2-3 days for individual print proofing. Add transit time for delivery outside Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
Do you ship individually to each recipient, or only to a single office address?
Both. The default for bulk orders is delivery to one corporate address — most efficient for office-based teams. For remote, hybrid, or distributed teams, we can split the batch into individual deliveries to each recipient's home address anywhere in Pakistan. Share the recipient list with addresses at the order stage; per-shipment courier fees apply for individual delivery.
