What's the minimum order for plastic promotional pens?

200 units per design — plastic pens are a high-volume product category and per-piece pricing only makes sense at scale. Best per-unit pricing kicks in at 1,000+ units for events.

How long does the printed logo last on plastic pens?

Pad-printed logos hold up well for 12-18 months of regular use; the print can show wear with constant pocket handling. Full-wrap UV print is more durable. For pens that need to last the recipient's full career, recommend metal pens instead.
