25 units per design. Mixed-quantity orders within the same product line are fine — for example, 50 sport bottles + 25 insulated tumblers in a single order. Below 25 units the per-piece pricing becomes uncompetitive due to engraving setup costs.

How long does laser engraving last? Will it fade or wash off?

Laser engraving is permanent — the logo is cut into the metal surface, not printed on top. It survives daily washing, dishwasher cycles, and years of handling without fading. Printed bottles (UV or wrap print) are also dishwasher-safe but the print can show wear over 6-12 months of heavy daily use.

What sizes do you offer, and which is best for corporate gifting?

Range from 350ml (executive desk tumbler) to 1L (sport bottle). The most-ordered sizes for corporate gifting are 500ml stainless steel tumblers — best balance of practicality and presentation — and 750ml insulated bottles, strong for wellness and onboarding kits. 1L sport bottles are popular for conferences and gym/fitness initiatives.

How fast can a bulk drinkware order ship?

Standard turnaround is 7-12 working days from artwork sign-off, including engraving or print setup. Smaller batches (25-50 units) on stock items can ship in 5-7 days. Premium copper or vacuum-lined flasks may need an extra 2-3 days for assembly. Add transit time for delivery outside Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

Do you ship individually to each recipient, or only to a single office address?

Both. The default for bulk orders is delivery to one corporate address — most efficient for office-based teams. For remote, hybrid, or distributed teams, we can split the batch into individual deliveries to each recipient's home address anywhere in Pakistan. Share the recipient list with addresses at the order stage; per-shipment courier fees apply for individual delivery.
