Most-ordered formats: 250ml (standard event-handout size, lowest cost at scale), 500ml (mid-tier, common conference attendee bottle), and 1L premium (executive-tier event hospitality). Labels are full-colour printed on waterproof film, applied as full-wrap or front-only design. We source the water from certified bottling partners; you control the label artwork. Note this is event-disposable bottled water, distinct from the reusable water bottle range. 500 units (one batch run). Best per-unit pricing at 2,500+ units which is typical conference or trade-show volume. For smaller event needs, consider reusable branded water bottles from the parent drinkware range.
How far ahead should I order for an event?
Plan 4-6 weeks ahead. Production lead time is 10-14 working days from artwork sign-off (label printing + bottle filling + shipping to event venue), and you'll want a few days buffer for artwork iteration and venue delivery confirmation.
